Propósito del Puesto:
Liderar la gestión financiera de la Oficina Nacional de Honduras, asegurando la preparación, análisis e interpretación de información financiera precisa y oportuna.
El/la Gerente de Finanzas será responsable de garantizar la planeación presupuestaria, control financiero, cumplimiento normativo y soporte estratégico a la Dirección Nacional, promoviendo una cultura de transparencia, eficiencia y sostenibilidad en el uso de los recursos.
Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas, Economía, o Administración de Empresas.
Se valorará formación adicional en planeación financiera, auditoría, o gestión de proyectos.
Mínimo 5 a 7 años de experiencia progresiva en áreas contables y financieras.
Al menos 2 años liderando equipos o supervisando procesos financieros.
Experiencia deseable en organizaciones sin fines de lucro, cooperación internacional o proyectos financiados por donantes.
Experiencia en la elaboración de reportes financieros, control presupuestario y auditorías.
Conocimiento sólido de normas contables hondureñas y manejo básico de NIIF.
Competencia en planeación financiera, análisis de gastos, control interno y flujo de efectivo.
Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y experiencia con sistemas ER,
Conocimiento deseable en herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau).
Pensamiento analítico y orientación a resultados.
Habilidades de liderazgo, organización y comunicación efectiva.
Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y bajo presión.
Integridad, enfoque ético y compromiso con la misión organizacional.

Conocimiento del marco fiscal hondureño y regulaciones aplicables a ONGs.
