The Group Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing room revenues by soliciting and booking new and repeat business for guestrooms, catering, and banquet facilities. This individual will be responsible for developing and growing business within the Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal (SMERF) market segments while helping maximize revenue across our 414 guestrooms, 30,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, and Executive Meeting Center.

As the SMERF Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in achieving the hotel's revenue goals by prospecting, soliciting, negotiating, and securing group room and meeting business from SMERF market segments. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and requires a proactive sales professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
