Oversee daily 3PL operations in North Las Vegas to ensure timely order shipment and accurate inventory maintenance. Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and enhance performance.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain with proficiency in WMS and SAP. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Finance is desired, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

As the 3PL Logistics Associate Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all orders are shipped out daily from the North Las Vegas 3PL site. Additionally, the 3PL Associate Manager will ensure inventory is accurately maintained and daily activities of the 3PL are monitored and maintained to Wella’s high standard. It is the responsibility of the 3PL Associate Manager to ensure the 3PL performs within budget, while continuously identifying opportunities to reduce costs. The 3PL Associate Manager will manage daily direction setting meetings with the 3PL and lead monthly/quarterly/annual reviews for Wella. While they should be deeply in touch with their local organization and processes, they need also to be enabled to execute their specific tasks as outlined below and have sufficient capacity to maintain, update and grow their knowledge of systems and processes.

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, skills and in comparison to internal incumbents currently in similar roles—pay Range: $67,000-$90,250 salary per year plus bonus. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role. In addition, Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
