The Recreation Assistant supervises clients and implements scheduled recreational activities to motivate participation. They are also responsible for maintaining safety, de-escalating conflicts, and referring clients to necessary social or medical services.
Requires a high school diploma with two years of related experience or two years of college with one year of experience. Experience working with domestic violence survivors is preferred.
