• A német lakossági ügyfelek kérdéseit Te válaszolhatod meg telefonon, e-mailben és chat-en keresztül
• Az ügyfélelégedettséghez járulhatsz hozzá a munkáddal
• Hatékony kommunikációddal problémákat oldhatsz meg minden nap
• Mindeközben a jól bejáratott folyamatainkat, szabályzatainkat fogod használni
• Folyamatfejlesztési javaslatokat tehetsz
• 6 hetes tréningen veszel részt, hogy mire beérkezik Hozzád az első ügyfélkeresés, már magabiztosan tudj válaszolni
• Később 2 hetes értékesítési tréningen is részt veszel. Ezt követően az értékesítés a munka egyik fő részévé válik, elérendő célokkal
• C2 szintű német nyelvtudást
• Hajlandóságot több műszakban való munkához valamint hétvégi munkavégzéshez (éjszakai műszak nincsen)
• Magas problémamegoldó készséget
• Erős verbális kommunikációs készéget

Du agierst als Frontline-Schnittstelle zu Kunden von Vodafone-Unternehmen weltweit. Die Rolle beinhaltet die Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen am Telefon. Der Hauptzweck besteht darin, einen globalen Vodafone-Kundenservice-Standard zu ermöglichen und anzubieten.
