Lead the development and management of packaging procedures and designs for sterile and non-sterile medical devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to optimize packaging for performance, cost, and reliability.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Engineering, or Microbiology. Candidates need 4+ years of packaging design experience and 2+ years of proficiency in CAD software like SolidWorks or Creo.

Compensation:

Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, technical expertise, and market conditions in Leesburg, VA.
