The Field Operations Technician I is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, preparing surgical sets for shipment, and ensuring timely product distribution. The role also involves maintaining accurate inventory transactions and complying with quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of the medical device industry and strong problem-solving and communication skills are preferred.

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually, with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
