The Staff Engineer will design, develop, and verify mechanical components for medical devices while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clinicians. They are responsible for leading large projects, managing design documentation, and mentoring team members on industry standards and design controls.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in parametric CAD software and a strong understanding of design controls within a regulated industry are required.
