Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to recruit and onboard new hires for Federal contractor engagements. Maintain HR records, create SOPs, and provide analytical reports to management regarding recruitment trends.
Requires at least 5 years of HR or recruiting experience within a Federal contracting environment, specifically supporting agencies like DHS. Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a security clearance and possess knowledge of California and U.S. labor laws.
