The Administrative Assistant provides specialized support including travel management, asset tracking, and procurement processing. They also assist with organizing conferences and workshops while maintaining accurate administrative records and invoices.
Candidates must have at least five years of progressively responsible experience in a relevant business stream and a graduation degree in Commerce or a related field. Fluency in French and excellent English communication skills are required, along with proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a range of specialised administrative support functions as follows:
