TheIndividual Giving Coordinatorwill playakey role in growing andmaintainingdonor engagement through data-driven campaigns and tailored donor journeys across single giving.Thisposition isfocused onexecution,andwe are seeking an individual that can deliver the best possible experience to stakeholders, whilst achieving positive outcomes that align with business strategy.
Working within a high performing and cross functional team,the position holder willnurture individual donors for the UnitingCare family of brands including Lifeline,BlueCare,Family and Disability Services,The Wesley Hospital and St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital.
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Supportandcontributeto thegrowthofUnitingCare’s donor base (across all brands) through theend-to-enddeliveryof donor acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels – directmail,digital, and phone
Coordinate the execution and evaluation of donor appeals and acquisitioncampaigns across directmail, digital and phonechannels
Develop and manage campaign timelines, projectplansand key milestones to ensure delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns
Oversee print andmailhouseproduction processes, including briefing, proofing, datahandoverand campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and quality across all outputs
Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reportsand insights on key metrics including Return on Investment (ROI), donorretentionand Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners including agencies, printers andmailhousesto deliver high-quality campaign outcomes
Draft and edit campaign content including direct mail, emails, social mediapostsand website updates.

Tertiary qualification in Business,Marketingor related field
Experience coordinating or delivering multi-channel fundraising or direct marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns,timelinesand competing deadlines
Proven experience working with print andmailhouseproduction processes, including briefing,proofingand execution
High attention to detail across campaign execution,dataand production outputs
Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external suppliers
Strong communicationskills, including the ability to prepare briefs and campaign updates
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
