The Personal Carer will provide daily living assistance, including personal hygiene and mealtime support, to residents in an aged care facility. They will also implement individualized care plans and facilitate community-based recreational and social activities to improve residents' quality of life.
Candidates must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, applicants must be comfortable using technology and be able to pass relevant probity checks and NDIS worker screening.

As a Personal Carer, you’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility
Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification
Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
