Provides data process support by handling client inquiries, processing orders, and updating transactional information in databases. Maintains accurate records of interactions and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and business standards.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Generally requires less than 2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
What success looks like in this role:
