Lead and organize the Parts Registration team, managing approximately 10 employees and overseeing the collection, checking, and distribution of parts. Act as a backup for the team manager and handle administrative tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Candidates should be familiar with logistics and mechanical/hydraulic parts, with a preference for prior leadership experience or a willingness to be trained. Proficiency in Dutch and French, along with strong organizational skills and a forklift certificate, is required.
Voor ons electromechanics team in plant G zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde meewerkende teamleader die naast een operationele invulling ook verantwoordelijk is voor het team van Parts Registratie. Hier worden alle te herstellen stukken verzameld, gecontroleerd, gestockeerd en uitgeleverd aan de verschillende workshops. Je rapporteert aan de team manager.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw team. Je regelt de praktische organisatie, opvolging van de medewerkers en de activiteiten. Je stuurt bij waar nodig en ruimt hindernissen uit de weg. Je geeft het goeie voorbeeld en door jouw enthousiasme kan je de mensen inspireren en motiveren.
Daarnaast wordt je inhoudelijk ingezet binnen het PRG team. Je verwerkt de administratie van het team en je springt ook bij bij de collega's waar nodig.
Tijdens afwezigheid van de team manager fungeer je ook als zijn backup voor het ganse electromechanics team.
Tot je takenpakket behoort onder meer:
Instaan voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de activiteiten en de medewerkers in jouw team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een 10-tal medewerkers.
Sturen, begeleiden, opvolgen en ontwikkelen van de medewerkers bij uitvoering van hun job om op die manier de prestaties en competenties optimaal in te zetten en te verbeteren.
Constructief en op een gepaste manier communiceren met de medewerkers en het management.
Motiveren van medewerkers om bij te dragen tot een goede teamsfeer.
Toezien op de naleving van de voorschriften inzake veiligheid, gezondheid, orde en netheid, ...
