Position Description: Plan, forecast, lead, direct, and coordinate work of Self-Perform Operations (SPO) staff, subcontractors, and suppliers on SPO projects. Oversee and confirm implementation of planned work for adherence to contracted scope for safety, schedule sequence, quality of work performed, and production planning and tracking. Supervise Trade labor in areas of responsibility.

Performance of the required duties require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. The employee is regularly required to be mobile, and the employee occasionally travels both short and long distances via a variety of conveyances. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
