Candidates must be bilingual in French and English and hold a damage insurance claims adjuster license for Quebec. A minimum of two years of experience in damage insurance claims and one year in phone-based customer service is required.

Trupanion est à la recherche d’un(e) analyste bilingue en réclamations pour se joindre à son équipe de réclamations, composée de professionnels passionnés et expérimentés. Le rôle met un accent particulier sur le soutien à notre clientèle et à nos opérations en croissance au Québec.
Ce poste vise à assurer la qualité, l’exactitude et la cohérence de l’analyse des réclamations médicales pour animaux, à travers les différentes équipes et régions. En analysant les dossiers médicaux, les formulaires de réclamation, les factures et les documents connexes, la personne titulaire du poste veille à ce que les décisions d’admissibilité soient conformes aux politiques et aux normes de qualité de Trupanion.
En outre, le poste contribue aux audits de réclamations, à la validation des paiements, à la résolution de problèmes et à l’amélioration continue des opérations.
