Responsible for the independent underwriting, structuring, and ongoing portfolio management of complex sponsor-owned and leveraged middle market credit relationships. The role involves managing risk through financial analysis, monitoring performance, and collaborating with investment banking peers to deliver financing solutions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field with at least 7 years of progressive experience in middle market credit, leveraged finance, or sponsor finance. Mastery of MS Office and strong credit analysis skills are essential.
