The Energy Analyst is responsible for managing large-scale utility data and auditing invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify cost drivers. They will develop reports and dashboards to provide operational insights and financial visibility for client portfolios.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 0-5 years of professional experience with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI. Preferred qualifications include experience in utility billing auditing and familiarity with North American power or natural gas markets.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Energy Analyst to support client engagements focused on energy data analytics, invoice auditing, and operational insights. This role combines large-scale utility data management with detailed bill validation to ensure accuracy, identify cost drivers, and improve visibility into energy spend.

The listed salary range represents Trio’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries across all U.S. locations. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to geographic location and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
