Réaliser le contrôle dimensionnel et visuel sur pièces élémentaires et pièces complexes, dans le respect des exigences client.
Effectuer les contrôles d’encadrement et PE complexe selon les procédures définies.
Utiliser les outils de mesure conventionnels (pied à coulisse, micromètre, tampons,, etc.).
Renseigner les documents qualité, fiches suiveuses, rapports de non-conformité et systèmes de suivi internes.
Garantir la conformité des pièces avant libération.
Communiquer efficacement avec la production, le support technique et les autres contrôleurs.
Participer à l’amélioration continue et au maintien d’un haut niveau de qualité.
Assurer la traçabilité des opérations de contrôle en renseignant les outils et documents internes (SAP, fiches suiveuses, PV de contrôle, rapports qualité) conformément aux processus TRIGO et aux exigences Airbus.
Maîtrise des outils de mesure et aisance dans leur manipulation au quotidien.
Lecture de plan maîtrisée, avec une compréhension solide des tolérances, références, spécifications et cotations complexes.
Capacité à analyser une non-conformité et à remonter les informations de manière structurée.
Rigueur, autonomie et organisation dans la gestion des contrôles.
Savoir travailler en équipe et maintenir une communication claire et constructive .
