The Client Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and deepening relationships with strategic financial services clients through consultative selling, account expansion, and executive-level engagement. This role serves as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers to understand their business objectives, develop growth strategies, and deliver solutions that drive long-term value. Success requires strong business development skills, experience navigating complex organizations, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve client and business outcomes. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Build and manage executive-level relationships within assigned accounts, identifying key decision-makers while driving retention, growth, and new business opportunities.
Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships, creating strategic plans to expand account penetration and maximize revenue potential.
Lead account planning, client business reviews, and sales strategy sessions by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate by understanding client business objectives, identifying adoption gaps and expansion opportunities, and driving long-term partnership success.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
5+ years of experience in financial services sales, business development, or consulting, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding strategic client relationships.
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, business related preferred
Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts within a matrixed organization, including identifying key decision-makers, influencing stakeholders, and closing high-value opportunities.
Strong client engagement and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling to executive-level audiences.
Strategic, results-oriented professional with strong business acumen in consumer lending and fintech, capable of developing and executing growth strategies with urgency and focus.
Exceptional communicator and collaborative partner who is passionate about client advocacy, works effectively across cross-functional teams, and is willing to travel as needed. San Francisco Bay Area location preferred.

Pay Scale Information:
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
