Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business, with at least 10 years of experience in building automation and 5 years in a supervisory role. A strong knowledge of HVAC systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.

Trane has an exciting opportunity to join and lead our Controls team in Tempe, AZ, as an Area Contracting Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Controls/Building Automation team, having direct responsibility for the administration, implementation and management of the contracting fulfillment processes in its goal of operational excellence and support of overall strategic objectives.
