Provide application support for rheometers, viscometers, and extruders to global sales teams and customers. Develop application solutions, conduct device demonstrations, and support product management in the development of new equipment.
Requires a scientific or technical degree in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Materials Science. Proficiency in English and technical knowledge of rheology and extrusion are preferred, along with a willingness to travel approximately 20%.

In dieser Position gewährleisten Sie anwendungsbezogene Unterstützung für den weltweiten Vertriebsaußendienst und unserer Kunden, im Bereich der Rheometer und Viskosimeter sowie Labor-Extruder/Compounder und Labor-Messkneter.
Applikations-Unterstützung unserer internen und externen Kunden im In- und Ausland
Eigenständige Entwicklung von Applikationslösungen
Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Gerätedemonstrationen in unseren Kundenlaboren gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb
Testen von Kundenproben in den Kundenlaboren und Erstellen von daraus resultierenden Berichten
Mitverantwortung für die Organisation und den reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf in unseren Kundenlaboren, sowie für die Einhaltung von geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
Erstellung von Gefährdungsanalysen im Rahmen von Versuchsvorbereitungen
Unterstützung des Produktmarketings bei der Ausarbeitung von Kundenfeedback-Initiativen (Voice of Customer), um die Bedürfnisse der Kunden nach neuen und verbesserten Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu ermitteln
Kontaktpflege mit führenden Meinungsbildnern aus Industrie und Universitäten
Präsentation von Geräten und Lösungen im Rahmen von weltweit stattfindenden Messen, Symposien und Seminaren
Erstellung und Präsentation von Postern und Vorträgen auf internationalen Fachkonferenzen
Verfassen von anwendungsbezogenen Berichten für hauseigene Medien sowie Fachzeitschriften
Weltweite Durchführung von Seminaren und Workshops sowie die Erstellung der dafür benötigten Materialien
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Marketingmaterialien
Unterstützung des Produktmanagements & der Entwicklungsabteilung bei der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Geräten und Zubehör
Naturwissenschaftlich / technisches Studium in den Bereichen Chemie/ Physik/ Chemieingenieurwesen / Verfahrenstechnik / Materialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Erfahrung in der direkten Betreuung von Kunden ist wünschenswert.
Vorzugsweise technisches Wissen über Theorie und Anwendung in den Bereichen Rheologie und Extrusion
Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
