The Area Representative implements the ministry plan to provide spiritual leadership and discipleship to coaches and athletes. They are also responsible for recruiting volunteers and managing donor relations to ensure the area is fully funded.
Candidates must agree with and abide by the FCA Christian Community Statement and maintain a consistent spiritual rhythm. They must be capable of leading others in biblical standards of conduct and managing financial budgets.
The Representative works with the Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. In the FCA Sports Environments, the Representative ensures there is a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Representative is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.

These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. FCA expects all functions and responsibilities outlined below to be carried out with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.
