The Sales Lead will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Division 26 workforce solutions within the electrical and data center construction markets. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key industry stakeholders, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the electrical construction or staffing sectors. A strong network of relationships with electrical and general contractors is highly valued, along with excellent communication and CRM skills.
Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) is seeking an experienced Division 26 Electrical Sales Lead to drive business development and revenue growth within the electrical construction and data center market.
This individual will be responsible for developing relationships with electrical contractors, general contractors, data center developers, construction managers, and other industry partners that require skilled electrical labor for large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of electrical construction and an established network within the commercial, industrial, or data center construction industry.
