Requires a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred. Must have Aspire Leadership and HMIS Clarity training, and preferably two years of experience in shelter or residential services.

Hours/week: 40 hours per week
Exemption: Non-exempt
Pay Range: $21.50 to $25.00 per hour
starting pay varies depending on experience and qualifications
Provide on-site monitoring of guest activities within the shelter while serving as the lead staff person during assigned shifts. Support shelter operations by providing guidance to shelter staff, ensuring compliance with shelter policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and serving as a liaison between frontline staff and shelter management.
