The role involves maintaining customer service standards to meet sales budgets and managing inventory through sorting, pricing, and replenishment. Additionally, the associate is responsible for accurate financial transactions, daily cash-outs, and general store maintenance.
Candidates must have some high school education and be able to pass a Criminal Records Check and Abuse Registry Check. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and a willingness to complete WHMIS and Praesidium Academy training are required.
