The Assistant Engineer will manufacture beverages and ingredients while operating and troubleshooting pilot plant equipment to ensure optimal process performance. They are responsible for maintaining strict food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards while supporting process development and scale-up initiatives.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing or pilot plant operations. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering is required.

We are looking for an experienced Production Technician with a strong background in the food and beverage industry to operate within our Pilot Plant, working across a wide variety of beverage and ingredient manufacturing equipment.
