The Product Manager will own the operational execution and roadmap for gaming products while collaborating with the VP of Product to influence the broader Cowboy+ portfolio. This role involves coordinating cross-functional launches, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high-standard performance across all digital product experiences.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in product management, product operations, or gaming operations with a strong background in digital product launches. Proficiency in project management tools, analytics platforms, and the ability to work in fast-paced, live-event environments is required.
The Product Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Product organization, owning execution across gaming while supporting the broader Cowboy+ product portfolio. This role combines product management, product operations, launch management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution to ensure products are delivered successfully and continue to scale.
In this role, you will own core productization across multiple products. Success requires strong product-market judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to sustain a successful product roadmap against company and business goals.
This individual owns operational execution for fantasy gaming, free-to-play games, promotions, app merchandising, release readiness, and content programming. They are responsible for turning strategy into execution while ensuring every game, promotion, and app experience launches on time and performs at a high standard.
This individual will own critical operational functions such as hosting product readiness, QA for new feature launches, plan disaster recovery, create/manage SLA for customer and internal escalation, own JIRA for Product organization and collaborate with the VP, Product to set product roadmap. They will be expected to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to promote product vision and ensure alignment. This role will report to the VP, Product and Gaming Operations will report into this role.
