Responsible for operating the vault, managing cash and precious assets, and performing replenishment for ATMs and CRM machines. The role also involves monitoring system errors, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and supporting credit documentation for customers.
Requires an associate degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, preferably for male candidates with over 3 years of experience in banking or accounting. Knowledge of bank accounting, vault operations, and operational risk control is highly preferred.

Người đảm nhận vị trí thực hiện hoạt động vận hành tiếp qũy, các dịch vụ kho quỹ cho các đơn vị SnD và tiếp quỹ máy ATM theo yêu cầu, chức năng nhiệm vụ quy định.
1. Tuân thủ nghiêm túc Nội quy lao động của Ngân Hàng.
2. Thực hiện công việc theo đúng chính sách, quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn nội bộ… và cam kết chất lượng dịch vụ (SLAs).
• Đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối tiền mặt, tài sản quý, GTCG, TSBĐ bảo quản trong kho tiền
• Thực hiện quản lý và kê khai tiền mặt, tài sản quý, GTCG, TSBĐ chính xác, kịp thời, đầy đủ theo đúng quy định
• Thực hiện những giao dịch thu chi tiền mặt và điều chuyển tiền nội bộ theo đúng quy định của TCB.
• Thực hiện tiếp quỹ/ điều chuyển vốn cho các đơn vị kinh doanh SnD/ ATM/CRM.
• Hỗ trợ KH công chứng, đăng ký giao dịch bảo đảm, soạn thảo, hướng dẫn KH ký kết hồ sơ tín dụng.
3. Kiểm tra, theo dõi xử lý lỗi của hệ thống máy ATM/CRM, phát hiện và báo cáo kịp thời những hiện tượng bất thường, các dấu hiệu gian lận với các máy được giao.
4. Tuân thủ chặt chẽ các nguyên tắc và quy trình vận hành tiếp quỹ cho các đơn vị, ATM/CRM theo đúng quy định của TCB và NHNN.
5. Đảm bảo phối hợp với các bên liên quan trong việc khắc phục sự cố, lắp đặt các trang thiết bị và phần mềm liên quan.
6. Định kỳ hàng tháng báo cáo kết quả công việc với Giám đốc bộ phận hoặc kiểm soát viên.
7. Thực hiện các công việc khác có liên quan theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc bộ phận.
