The Mobile Associate is responsible for engaging customers within a retail store-in-store environment to promote T-Mobile products and services. They must identify customer needs, provide solution-based sales, and maintain store operations including opening and closing procedures.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Job OverviewWithin the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
