Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least four years of customer service experience in a medical or hospital setting. Proficiency in insurance verification, healthcare billing regulations, and computer systems is required.

Clinic Support Representatives promote a high level of customer service and a caring environment for patients, always acting in the best interest of the patient.
