Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or possession of GED and two (2) years
of experience in commercial building maintenance and repair involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC,
painting, mechanical pipe installation and repair, concrete, or brick work.
A comparable amount of education and training may be
substituted for the minimum experience.
*Must possess and
maintain a valid Florida driver's license at the time of hire.
