The Event Producer manages the end-to-end execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid corporate events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination. They collaborate with production and multimedia teams to deliver high-quality signature events and engage attendees through innovative programming.
Requires over 5 years of experience producing complex corporate events and a strong track record of managing budgets and technical production teams. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Cvent or a Certified Meeting Professional designation are preferred.

The Event Producer manages a diverse range of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and high-quality standards. This role takes a lead in producing signature events, collaborating with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to deliver exceptional event logistics and program components. Working closely with Production, AV Services, and Multimedia teams, the Event Producer contributes to Sun Life’s goals through effective event delivery.
The Events and Experiences team supports business partners with event management, production, AV, and multimedia services for a robust portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, Event Producing, the Event Producer is a key member of the Events &Experiences team.
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
