Responsible for the safe and efficient utilization of maintenance personnel and resources to support food manufacturing operations. This includes executing maintenance plans, troubleshooting equipment, and managing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Requires a high school diploma and 5-7 years of technical maintenance experience, preferably in food processing or packaging. Prior supervisory experience and proficiency in MS Office and M3 systems are preferred.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective utilization of maintenance personnel and resources to support all manufacturing operations. Success in this role requires a strong focus on safety, electro-mechanical expertise, GMP compliance, problem-solving, and positive employee relations.
Physical: This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, walk and stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights all within a manufacturing environment. Perform work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to noise, dust, weather, and potential hazards
Must possess appropriate sensory awareness (sight, hearing, touch, etc.) to respond to plant conditions, including alarms and environmental changes.
Must consent and pass background check and drug screen.
