The technician will lead the repair, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards. They are also responsible for mentoring junior staff and utilizing CMMS to document maintenance activities and improve operational efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, automation systems, and preventative maintenance programs is required.

This position is scheduled for 3rd shift, working from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
The A-level Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is an advanced role for experienced professionals specializing in industrial maintenance. Technicians take on more complex and critical tasks, independently leading maintenance projects and providing strategic input on system improvements. They are responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production and manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical: Must be able to walk throughout the plant, to include walking and climbing up/downstairs and ladders (portable, fixed). Must have be ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally is required.
Sensory: Must have the appropriate level of sensory acuity (visual, hearing, speaking, smell and touch) to be able to identify and react to normal, abnormal and alarm conditions (chemicals, temperature, etc.)
Mental/Reasoning: Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and processes to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization.
