Lead a team of engineers in the enhancement and maintenance of Alpha/Charles River Development modules using Java. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and debugging complex software solutions while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with product managers.
Requires at least 7 years of Java development experience and 2 years of team leadership experience, preferably in the financial industry. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required, with a master's degree strongly preferred.
