As a Care Services Employee, you will partner with residents to support their daily routine, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged. You will provide direct care and assistance to residents with all activities of daily living, personal care needs (including personal hygiene) and attending to the daily running of the household as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff.
St Vincent's Care Services Edgecliff is just 4km east of Sydney's city centre. Our small but homey 39 bed facility is located in a tranquil, leafy suburb within walking distance of public transport.

Things that work for us:
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience is a must.
Must be available to work varied shifts.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
Nationally Coordinated Criminal Check History (valid within 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
