Lead a team of over 10 networking professionals to manage IT infrastructure across multiple locations for cybersecurity and healthcare clients. Oversee day-to-day network operations, ensure security compliance, and drive automation and innovation.
Requires experience in managing complex network infrastructure including Fortinet, SD-WAN, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Must be able to handle team mentorship, vendor coordination, and work rotational shifts with travel.
· Lead
and mentor a team of network engineers across sites
· Manage
network infrastructure (Fortinet, D-Link, IPBX, AD, VPN, SD-WAN, ZTNA)
· Oversee
cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and virtualization (VMware ESXi)
· Ensure
network security, compliance, and SLA adherence
· Drive
innovation and automation in network operations
· Handle
escalations, project execution, and vendor coordination
· Maintain
documentation and deliver training sessions
· Support
CCTV, NVR, NAS, and server infrastructure
· Work
rotational shifts and travel as needed
