Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations for various clients. Maintain accurate general ledgers and provide administrative support to ensure seamless month-end and year-end closes.
Requires 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with a strong grasp of double-entry accounting and proficiency in cloud software like QuickBooks or Netsuite. An associate degree in accounting or a professional certification is preferred.

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll manage day-to-day transactions, keep the general ledger accurate and provide administrative and clerical support to the team. You will collaborate and cross-train with fellow bookkeepers, enjoy mentoring from experienced Accounting Managers and have opportunities to advance into Client Accountant or other senior roles.
