The trainee will develop clinical skills to perform hearing assessments and support customers throughout their hearing care journey. They will work under supervision while completing a structured 56-week training programme to become a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser.
Applicants must hold GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science at grade 5 or above and possess a full UK driving licence. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for clinical care and the flexibility to travel between clinics as required.

Join Boots Hearingcare on our fully funded, paid 56-week training programme and gain the skills, knowledge and practical experience needed to become a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser. Combining formal classroom learning with hands-on clinical experience in our stores, you'll be supported every step of the way by experienced clinicians and dedicated trainers.
On successful completion of the programme and achievement of HCPC registration, you'll progress into a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist role with a corresponding salary increase.
The Role
As a Trainee Hearing Aid Dispenser, you'll develop the clinical skills and confidence required to deliver exceptional hearing care while working within a defined scope of practice under both direct and indirect supervision.
