As a Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will support the EMEA & LATAM Commercial Operations team in driving sales excellence, improving commercial performance, and enabling our sales organizations to better serve wholesale customers.
Acting as a key partner to the EMEA & LATAM Commercial Operations Director, you will coordinate strategic initiatives and projects across our Group Companies, contributing to continuous improvement in areas such as sales processes, capabilities, performance management, and commercial tools.
While primarily focused on Wholesale, this role also supports cross-business initiatives across Wholesale and Retail to foster collaboration and synergies.

Support the execution and coordination of commercial initiatives and projects in collaboration with Group Companies and HQ functions.
Contribute to improving market visibility, customer segmentation, sales force effectiveness, and territory optimization initiatives.
Support the development and maintenance of sales coverage models and customer engagement frameworks across Group Companies.
Support the implementation and adoption of sales processes, tools, and CRM solutions, including Salesforce.
Contribute to the design and rollout of sales incentive programs, commercial campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market activities.
Provide analytical support through reporting, insights, and performance tracking.
Monitor initiative progress, identify risks and dependencies, and maintain visibility of key projects and timelines across stakeholders.
More about you :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Project Management, ideally in an international or multi-country environment.
Experience with business processes, analytics, and performance tracking.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and functions.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using project management tools
Nice to have
Additional certifications in Project Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, CRM, or Business Intelligence.
Experience with process improvement methodologies, BI/reporting tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Experience in hearing care, medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry.
