As a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, you will own post-sales relationships with our most high-value customers, serving as their primary advocate and ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes with SentinelOne's platform. You will work closely with internal teams across Sales, Renewals, Support, Services, and Product to drive adoption, mitigate risk, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the enterprise level.
