The specialist will coordinate domestic and international shipments from order placement to final delivery while managing documentation and carrier relationships. They are also responsible for monitoring delivery performance and collaborating with Sales and Customer Service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in logistics or operations and a degree in a related field such as International Trade. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, and the candidate must be based in Hamburg, Germany.

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who can take ownership of logistics and fulfillment operations, ensure smooth and timely deliveries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders, coordinating domestic and international shipments while ensuring accurate documentation and a high level of customer satisfaction.
The position will initially be offered on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role as the company and position continue to grow
