Provide case management and psychosocial support to vulnerable children, including those at risk of abuse, exploitation, or separation. Ensure the implementation of protection plans, follow-up visits, and coordination with community teams while adhering to strict confidentiality and safeguarding protocols.
Requires a degree or final-semester studies in Psychology, Social Work, or Social Sciences with at least 2 years of certified experience in child protection or working with vulnerable populations. Must have knowledge of Colombian humanitarian architecture, children's rights, and the context of the armed conflict in Colombia.

POLITICA DE MARCO DE SALVAGUARDA DE LA NIÑEZ:
Nivel 3: Este cargo tendrá contacto con niñas, niños y adolescentes ya sea frecuentemente (una o más veces a la semana) o intensivamente (cuatro o más días) o; durante visitas a los proyectos en el país, por lo que se verificarán antecedentes en el trabajo con infancia.
En Save the Children tenemos Cero Tolerancia hacia cualquier forma de abuso, acoso o explotación hacia la niñez y la adultez. Por eso, buscamos realizar procesos seguros de selección, incluyendo verificaciones rigurosas de antecedentes, que nos permitan garantizar la Salvaguarda de la población que atendemos.
El Marco de Salvaguarda se compone por tres políticas y un Código de Conducta: Política de Salvaguarda de la niñez, Política para la Protección contra el Abuso, el Acoso y la Explotación Sexual (PSEAH) o Salvaguarda de la adultez y Política Antiacoso, Antidiscriminación y/o antibullyg.
PROPOSITO DEL ROL:
Save the Children busca Asistente Gestión de casos para la asistencia humanitaria a hogares vulnerables y con necesidades de protección humanitaria. La respuesta se ejecutará en el departamento Arauca. El diseño de la respuesta es: Apoyar a las poblaciones vulnerables y en riesgo para que cubran sus necesidades básicas a fin de evitar que sigan desarrollando estrategias negativas de supervivencia.
