The role involves owning the technical narrative for Salt's platform by translating complex AI and API security capabilities into sharp positioning and content. Key duties include building competitive intelligence, creating enablement assets, and partnering with Product teams on GTM launches.
Candidates need 3-5 years of product marketing experience with a technical background in cybersecurity, specifically in AI, cloud, or API security. Strong communication skills are required to translate technical depth into business-level narratives for security engineers and enterprise buyers.

We're looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of product depth and market storytelling. You'll own the technical narrative for Salt's platform - translating complex AI and API security capabilities into sharp positioning, battle-tested competitive intel, and content that resonates with security practitioners and enterprise buyers alike.
Securing the Agentic AI action layer: protecting the APIs, MCP servers, and agents powering modern digital business.
Salt Security developed the industry’s first Agentic Security Platform, designed to secure the new digital infrastructure created by LLMs, AI agents, MCP servers, and APIs. As organizations deploy autonomous agents that reason, decide, and act across enterprise systems, the traditional security perimeter breaks down. Agents do not just think, they act. They call APIs, trigger workflows, write to databases, and execute tasks across your infrastructure. The moment an agent decides to do something, it leaves the model layer entirely and enters your enterprise systems. That is the action layer.
