The Cost Engineer coordinates direct and indirect cost estimates and manages change management logs for bid and negotiated projects. They are responsible for tracking approved contract budgets, reviewing monthly cost reports, and validating funding for change orders.
Requires a university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with at least ten years of experience in Project or Cost Controls. A CCP certification is considered a plus.

Oversees the use and maintenance of change management logs. Hourly rate range starts at $38/hr+ DOE. This is an on-site position full-time position with benefits.
