The Senior Associate independently owns and delivers specific project deliverables or small projects from planning to completion. They are responsible for quality control, coordinating inputs from associates, and maintaining regular client communication.
Candidates must have previous experience with SOC 2 and HITRUST engagements and exposure to GRC platforms. Basic knowledge of AI agentic workflows and strong English communication skills are also required.

As a Senior Associate, you are stepping into the craftsman arc, the point where you stop being someone who executes tasks and start becoming someone who owns outcomes and lifts the people around you.
As a Senior Associate, you will assume a pivotal role within the firm, demonstrating advanced skills, experience, and leadership. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of consulting methodologies, industry knowledge, and the ability to independently lead and manage aspects of client engagements. From a professional development standpoint, you will be focused on maturing your delivery capabilities. Above all, you will apply the risk3sixty way to deliver exceptional client experiences and client outcomes.
You take mastery seriously but know craft alone is not enough. You see how your work connects to the client's outcome and the firm's reputation. You develop the people around you rather than hoarding what you know. And you care about protecting and extending what makes risk3sixty rare.
You will independently own a defined deliverable (such as a framework report) or a small, single deliverable project from planning through final delivery. You are accountable for the quality, consistency, and on time completion of that deliverable, and on single deliverable projects you may serve as the reliable engagement lead.
