Unsere Red Bull Student Marketeers sind Teil des dynamischsten und selbstständigsten Teams an Marken- und Produktbotschaftern der Welt. Sie verstehen die Red Bull Zielgruppe und ihre Aufgabe ist es, das Markenimage und Produktverständnis an ihrem Campus und in ihrer Region voranzutreiben. Das Student Marketeer Programm zielt darauf ab, neue Konsumenten zu erreichen, Studierende an Universitäten zu begeistern, den Umsatz zu fördern und die Marke Red Bull am Campus zu managen. Hierfür treten die Student Marketeers in direkten Kontakt mit Konsumenten und Kunden, bieten unsere Produkte an und wirken außerdem bei Red Bull Veranstaltungen mit, um den Konsumenten ein unvergessliches Markenerlebnis zu ermöglichen. Student Marketeers ziehen Flexibilität einem Nullachtfünfzehn-Job vor und arbeiten gerne in einem kreativen Umfeld.
Du gehst völlig in der Markenpersönlichkeit und den Unternehmenswerten auf und repräsentierst die Marke erstklassig durch tägliche Interaktion mit Konsumenten und Kunden.
Du erweiterst den Kundenstamm, indem Du unsere Produkte anbietest und die Bekanntheit von Red Bull durch ein Sampling für die Konsumenten zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort förderst – und dabei alle Fragen der Verbraucher kompetent beantwortest.
Du konzipierst einen maßgeschneiderten und innovativen Campus-Plan und verwirklichst diesen, um die Studierenden zu begeistern und die Marke am Campus erlebbar zu gestalten.
Du baust ein starkes Netzwerk auf, knüpfst und pflegst Beziehungen zu wichtigen Persönlichkeiten in der Region.
Du förderst die Markenbindung durch authentische Inhalte auf Deinen Social Media Konten.
Du wirkst bei Red Bull Events und gesponserten Veranstaltungen mit, um den Konsumenten ein unvergessliches Markenerlebnis zu ermöglichen.
Du leistest hervorragende Arbeit und beweist Liebe fürs Detail in allen Aspekten Deiner Rolle.
Du arbeitest gerne mit dem Team zusammen; On- & Offline tauscht ihr eure Ideen untereinander aus.
Du planst und berichtest Deine Aktivitäten zeitnah und detailliert über die dafür vorgesehene Online-Plattform.
Du beteiligst Dich an der Entwicklung des Red Bull Media Businesses, indem Du regionale Einblicke gibst und über Trends und Möglichkeiten informierst.
Du baust Beziehungen zu regionalen Vertriebsmitarbeitern auf und sorgst für die Verfügbarkeit und Sichtbarkeit von Red Bull auf dem Absatzmarkt.
Du arbeitest mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, um neue Distributionspunkte für Red Bull auf Deinem Universitätscampus und darüber hinaus zu schaffen.
Du setzt die relevanten Mittel der World of Red Bull ein und stellst so sicher, dass Red Bull den Kunden stets präsent bleibt.
