Binnen Red Bull zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe Musketeer: een accountmanager 2.0 voor de top van de Nederlandse horeca in Amsterdam. Iemand die écht met de klant meedenkt, creatief is en graag een band opbouwt met klanten. Als Musketeer zorg je voor beschikbaarheid en zichtbaarheid van Red Bull doormiddel van onder andere Point-of-Sale materiaal. Je schakelt snel! En de combinatie van ondernemerschap, relatiebeheer, sales en marketing zorgt voor een continue volumegroei.
Jij bent het type dat kansen en trends spot lang voor iemand anders ze gezien heeft. Tegelijkertijd ga jij aan op duidelijke KPI’s en targets. Je haalt energie uit het behalen en overtreffen van resultaten en voelt eigenaarschap over jouw performance. Winnen doe je met sterke partnerships én met harde cijfers. Je bouwt aan sterke lange termijnrelaties, hebt goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden en bent in staat outside the box te denken. Of outside the can. Whatever works for you...
Je kent jouw regio door en door: je weet waar het gebeurt, wie de beslissers zijn en welke concepten opkomen. Op basis van de Red Bull product- en activatiestrategie zorg je voor de optimale beschikbaarheid, zichtbaarheid en rotatie binnen jouw accounts. Zichtbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van Red Bull in de horeca in jouw regio is je allereerste en allerbelangrijkste taak.. Hoe je dat doet? Dat is aan jou. Je krijgt onwijs veel vrijheid en als je pitch maar sterk genoeg is, willen we al jouw ideeën vleugels geven. Jouw creatieve input gaat dus verder dan een koelkast pluggen, links of rechts. Heb je ideeën voor events, kick-ass POS, slimme menukaarten of een verlegging van de focus m.b.t. product? In overleg met o.a. de Marketing On Premise manager kan er veel! Samen doen we er alles aan om de horecaondernemer te helpen bij het verkopen van Red Bull.
Je brengt je horecakennis in combinatie met de Red Bull cultuur en branding ideeën overtuigend over op je klanten. Dat doe je in elk contact dat je hebt. En van de bezoekjes overdag tot de night time visits. Want ja, ook ’s avonds, wanneer het écht gebeurt, bij je klanten langsgaan is onderdeel van jouw baan. Een dreamjob.
We zeiden het eerder al: jij helpt de horecaondernemer zoveel mogelijk Red Bull te verkopen. Om dit voor elkaar te krijgen, is het belangrijk dat je jezelf positioneert als geloofwaardige sparringpartner. Zorg dat je exact weet waar het in jouw regio allemaal gebeurt en wie waarop aangesloten is. Wees proactief. Luister goed. Bied passende oplossingen voor de uitdagingen waar de ondernemers tegenaan lopen, zodat Red Bull precies op de juiste plekken en momenten aanwezig is. Binnen de functie van Musketeer ben je 4 dagen in de week op pad in je eigen regio en werk je 1 dag in de week op het hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam voor administratieve en planningswerkzaamheden.
We willen niet alleen dat de zichtbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van Red Bull blijft groeien. Ook jouw persoonlijke en professionele groei vinden we belangrijk! Binnen Red Bull zijn de Musketeers dan ook onderdeel van de Sales Academy. Door middel van collectieve én individuele trainingen, in combinatie met field coaching word jij opgeleid om uit te groeien tot de meest succesvolle Musketeer die er is.
