Position
RBC is offering a unique internship opportunity to spend 3 months in Frankfurt working as part of a cross-sector Investment Banking team, primarily on M&A engagements.
The role of the intern is to support in the daily work of the team, this includes preparing presentations for client meetings, working on financial models and company valuations and conducting research on various ad hoc topics. As a key member of an expanding team, working in an international environment, the position will offer the opportunity for a wide range of experiences including execution of live transactions and client marketing.
In addition, the internship will be complemented with on-going training and mentoring.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with outstanding academic records, proven analytical skills, a demonstrated interest in finance and a history of participation in extracurricular activities. Other essential qualities we look for include strong oral and written communication skills, proven leadership capabilities, initiative, curiosity and the ability to play a key role as a team member in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role.
You must be available during one of the following quarters as per your reference Q1 (January-March, Q2 (April-June), Q3 (July-September), Q4 (October-December).
